Today’s travel photo is of Arlington Row in the Cotswold village of Bibury in England. Arlington Row is a stunning row of historic old weavers cottages, lining a narrow street with a stream running beside it, making it one of the most iconic scenes in the Cotswolds. The cottages, and in fact the whole village, is simple beautiful, with the typical character and charm that you picture when thinking of the Cotswolds.
It is the sort of place where I would love to stay for a few days, exploring the villages and countryside by day, and reading a book with a glass of wine by an open fire at night. I only saw a couple of villages while in the Cotswolds, but I will definitely return to this beautiful part of the world.
Bibury is a village and civil parish in Gloucestershire, England. It is on both banks of the River Coln which rises in the same District and which is a Thames tributary.
