Today’s travel photo is of a busy street at Tsar Chaa (the central market) in Siem Reap, Cambodia. I absolutely love visiting local markets when I travel, particularly in Asia, so as soon as I got to Siem Reap, one of the first things I did was take a walk to it’s central market – Tsar Chaa. It’s a great place to haggle for some souvenirs, and there are a few cheap restaurants on the northern end, where I took this photo. Local markets are always busy places that are full of life, and one of my favourite places to take photos.
I love markets too and I love eating food at markets and just watching everyday life!
Jennifer recently posted..How much does it cost to travel in Cambodia?
Markets are definitely great places for people watching. Cheers Jennifer!
