Today’s travel photo is a view of the spectacular coastline of Cinque Terre, Italy. I took this photo while walking the coastal path from the village of Riomaggiore, the most southern of the five villages that make up the Cinque Terre. I caught the ferry from Vernazza and hopped off in Riomaggiore for lunch, exploring the village and then wandering the coastal path which leads to the next village, Manarola. The coastline in this part of Italy is absolutely breathtaking, with coastal cliffs, secluded coves and stunning turquoise water. Walking the high trails between the villages is one of the best ways to see it.
Italy is indeed a beautiful place to spend a vacation… God help them to survive from the current situation 🙂
Great post the Cinque Terre Coastline in Italy is beautiful. We can’t wit to plan a visit.
