Today’s photo is of a fresh spring roll at a restaurant in Hanoi, Vietnam. When it comes to spring rolls, I think that Vietnam might have the best. This particular spring roll was a fresh, unfried spring roll at a little hole in the wall restaurant in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. I took this photo after dipping the spring roll in the delicious sweet dipping sauce and taking a bite. It was so good that I’m surprised that it lasted long enough for me to get my camera out. The others that accompanied it didn’t last so long…
Love me some fresh spring rolls! Stopping in HCMC just for pho and rolls next week!
