This week’s travel photo is of some towers and chedis in the ruins of Wat Chaiwatthanaram in the ancient Siamese capital of Ayutthaya, Thailand. Wat Chaiwatthanaram is located outside of the main island of Ayutthaya and is one of the most well preserved ruins in the city.
Beautiful red brick layout. I wonder if that’s natural or if it was done purposefully.
