Today’s travel photo is of a quiet alleyway in the Old City of Chiang Mai, Thailand. Something that I love about Chiang Mai is that it is a large, busy city with everything that you need, but once you turn off the main roads it feels like a small country town. I absolutely loved just wandering through the quiet little neighbourhoods such as the one in this photo. No wonder why so many people end up staying there.
The picture reminds me of the famous poem of Robert Frost, Road not taken. What an irony of it. LOL.
