Today’s travel photo is a black and white shot of the Viharn at Wat Sensoukharam in Luang Prabang, Laos. Although I remember walking past this Buddhist temple when I first visited Luang Prabang, I didn’t actually go inside to check it out until my trip there last year. It was certainly impressive and well worth the look if you are wandering past. For those wondering, a viharn is the main shrine of a Buddhist temple in Laos, and often the largest and most impressive building in the complex. It always contains an impressive Buddha statue to pray at, along with many other decorations and artwork inside.
